Farmers might soon be able to use peanuts to feed cattle in a sustainable way, while harvesting the nuts to sell.
A study led by C Q University in partnership with Bega Group has found the process also improves soil quality.
I caught up with the University of Queensland’s Doctor Drew Portman, who’s been researching the benefits.
