Roy Morgan has announced their Customer Satisfaction winners for 2024 with 26 out of 38 repeat winners!

Chief executive officer Michele Levine revealed Lexus was one of the standout companies along with some “interesting” standouts from the utilities and banks sections.

“These are the good news stories, and talking to all of the people at the annual customer satisfaction awards, you could tell you were talking to people who really cared about their customers,” she told 4BC Brisbane.
