4BC Weekends producer Aiden Taylor was at crossfit during this past week when his coach had a surprise visitor.

His coach was brought to tears when a member of the Australian Defence Force presented him with a quilt, adorned with the places and regiments that he had served in.

The organization behind that special moment is called ‘Aussie Hero Quilts’ and its founder is Jan-Maree Ball OAM, who joins 4BC Weekends.
