Last week Lismore Mayor Steve Kreig called for the council to be sacked on national television.

Lismore Councillor Big Rob spoke to John about what the reaction was from the council after Steve’s comments, and highlighted how the community was shocked and left many scratching their heads.

Rob goes on to explain how the area’s recovery is going very slowly with many people having moved away, with many still sleeping rough.

“There are no tradies here, and the community is having so much difficulty getting things re-built,” Rob says.
