The Russia-Ukraine war has escalated with the US supplying land mines and missiles, while Russia has signed a new doctrine which lowers the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons.

Director at Strategic Analysis Australia, Michael Shoebridge, says Russia has made small territorial gains in Ukraine.

“Biden, I think, rightfully thinks that the Ukrainians need more support,” he told Bill McDonald.
