Teens stealing credit cards for video games

Have you heard of a “loot box”? Perhaps you know it as a chest, a crate, a lock box, supply drop or player pack. Or maybe you just think I’m speaking gobbledigook.

The chances are that your child or grandchild will know exactly what I’m on about, because they are an intrinsic part of many popular video games. But there’s a very good reason why you may need to know too — because as the Sunday Mail reports this morning, some teens are stealing credit cards so they can play these games.
