New educational resources teaching children about the red meat industry are being rolled out in Australian schools. 

The material meets curriculum for maths, science, english, design and technologies, humanities and social sciences.

Rural reporter Jessica Clancy caught up with Meat and Livestock Australia Group Stakeholder Manager Samantha Jamieson to hear what the initiative aims to achieve.
