Rural Teens to benefit from Online Mental Health App

An online mental health platform has been developed to target young people,  especially those in regional areas.

Made by young people for young people and led by the University of Southern Queensland.

Momentum brings vital evidence-informed treatments, tools and techniques to the fingertips of teens.

Rural reporter Georgia Kondek spoke with Project Lead Professor Sonja March who says for rural teenagers there aren’t as many facilities to help with common mental health issues, whereas this app is easily accessible
