Property prices outperform pre-COVID predictions

Think back 5 to 6 months ago when we started to consider the impact of COVID-19 on property prices, there were predictions of 10, 20 and even 30 price falls. Propertyology’s Managing Director Simon Pressley was one of few from the industry who believed the market would fare better than these predictions suggested.
