Doctors say the billions of dollars being funneled into regional health care is doing very little to address workforce shortages.

Rural reporter Sarah Boorer caught up with Doctor Paul Mara, who has been practicing long term in the New South Wales Riverina.

He’s calling on governments and policy makers to implement a three-point plan across the country to stop remote healthcare systems collapsing.
