Pioneer of open-air markets in Brisbane launches next project

You may remember Peter Hackworth as the owner of Scaramouche restaurant or the Cat’s Tango, or more recently one of the directors of Eat Street.

She’s also been the name behind some of Brisbane’s most successful markets — the Riverside Market at the City Botanic Gardens.

And today, that venture has expanded to encompass the new QUT Infusion Market at the university’s Gardens Point campus.  Peter Hackworth is on the line now.
