A seafood farmer on the Gold Coast has been recognised with an Order of Australia Medal for his work in the seafood industry.

Gold Coast Marine Aqua Culture Executive Nick Moore led the sustainable and green movement in Australian prawn farming.

Rural reporter Georgia Kondek spoke with Nick about what the award means to him and how the Australian prawn industry’s green image is being acknowledged around the world.
