New book tells the story of Melbourne’s life in lockdown

When the coronavirus pandemic hit Melbourne for a second wave, many lives were changed overnight.

Out of the sudden change to the daily lives of millions of people come a documentation of the human impact of Melbourne’s lockdown called Together Apart: Life in Lockdown which captures the emotions and day to day experiences of people living in lockdown.

Luke Grant caught up with the book’s author, Belinda Jackson, on Australia Overnight to hear about how the book came about.
