Today’s Mystery Guest, Murray Hallam, has mastered the art of fish and water farming, known as Aquaponics.

From small-scale backyard farms to huge industrial undertakings, aquaponics is seen as a future key to sustainable food production.

Murray teaches students from 110 countries from his farm near Logan, including one who’s starting a $9 million project in Oman, aiming to tackle the nation’s shortage of local food production lines.

He joins us now.
