‘My favourite team growing up’: Brandon Smith excited to join South Sydney Rabbitohs
Brandon Smith has not yet played NRL in 2025, as he continues to struggle with a knee injury.
However, when he does make his return, it will not be at the Roosters, instead, Smith will join the South Sydney Rabbitohs earlier than expected.
Brandon Smith told Peter Psaltis on Wide World of Sports, “I’m a boy who had a dream and I’ve been able to live it out. But, there’s still things I want to be able to achieve, and still the things I want to be able to do in this game.”
“I’m looking forward to that process to probably be at the South Sydney Rabbitohs, very soon. It’s no secret anymore.”
“I want to win another premiership and with the Rabbitohs, [they were] my favourite team growing up,” Smith continued.
