Ensuring we have the recycling infrastructure needed to keep up with demand will be key to reducing agricultural waste.

The sector generates 9.8 million tonnes of plastic, organic, and workshop waste annually which contributes to 10% of the country’s overall excess.

Rural editor Sophie Clarke caught up with RM Consulting Group principal Anne-Marie Bolland to hear about how phasing out plastics will be key to bringing those figures down.
