Macquarie University has been investigating how light can impact the prevention of shark attacks.

Professor Nathan Hart told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, “What we found is that the bright light stopped the sharks from biting those seal decoys, which it otherwise would ordinarily do.”
