Low growth for agricultural land

Growth of agricultural land values is forecast to stagnate, but we’re being told it’s not a bad thing.

Nationally median agriculture land prices had risen by nearly 9 percent per year, between 2014 and 2019.

A Rabobank report highlights prices for properties in reliable rainfall areas are likely to remain strong.
