Now, the man behind that, Phillip di Bella, is up to another venture… the Coffee Commune in Brisbane, uniting hospitality professionals through educational workshops and courses helping them become more efficient, profitable, and sustainable.

He’s got big plans for it, hoping to one day turn it into a leading industry body informing government decisions on the hospitality sector.
