North Queensland legend and Nine Commentator Johnathan Thurston joined The Continuous Call Team to preview the Cowboys clash with Penrith tonight.

A win will help North Queensland keep their top two chances alive and the possibility of hosting a home final in week one of the finals.

The Cowboys will finish second if the Sharks lose to Newcastle tomorrow.

Thurston also spoke about farewelling former coach Paul Green during the week.
