Former Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett joins John Stanley to share his thoughts on the proposal from the Albanese Government for an Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

“He can’t expect people to vote on a referendum on a generalised clause without the detail,” says Kennett.

Jeff shares his support for the notion but expresses concern for the lack of detail from the Federal Government.

“You can’t change the constitution on a wing and a prayer,” says Kennett.
