Mike discusses drug testing with Nicole Lee, Adjunct Professor at Melbourne’s National Drug Research Institute, Curtin University, following the announcement that the first drug checking pilot in NSW will begin operating Monday.

Located at the Medically Supervised Injecting Centre (MSIC) in Kings Cross, the program will run once a week for four months, sampling from 100 registered MSIC users.

Participants provide a small amount of their drugs for analysis and receive detailed feedback on substance composition and harm reduction advice.
