How e-bikes have opened up the outdoors for all

Keeping fit and active can definitely become a challenge for some as we get older, unable to do certain activities that we once loved.

However, the rise in popularity of the e-bike has helped many older Australians stay fit, while also rekindling their love for riding.

E-bike models range from street bikes to mountain bikes and assists the rider with peddling, offering more or less assistance when needed.

Phil Upton is the founder of the Mollymook Milton Ulladulla E-Bike Group on Facebook and he joins John to talk about the physical and mental advantages of being part of a social group.
