Horticulture output holds despite fewer workers

Improved growing conditions and farm-level adaptations in the horticulture sector have been countering an overseas labour shortage.
Latest data from ABARES shows output levels in 20-20-to-21 have remained steady, despite an eight-percent drop in the number of workers employed on farms.
