ASIC has launched Federal Court proceedings against Cbus Super for allegedly mishandling $20 million of insurance owed to grieving families. 

Makayla’s partner suddenly passed away and started a claim with Cbus Super.

She told Bill McDonald on 4BC Mornings, “It’s absolutely disgusting. I had to put my grief on hold, so to speak, in order to constantly follow up Cbus.”
