Government to dump the ‘veto power’ in super reform package

Michael is joined by Peter Switzer, www.growyourbusiness.com.au & author of ‘Join the Rich Club’, following the Nationals & crossbench MPs forcing the federal government to scrap a controversial proposal letting the Treasurer intervene in superannuation funds’ investment decisions.

 

Announced in the October budget, the superannuation reform package is estimated to save Australian workers $17.9 billion over 10 years and is scheduled to commence on July 1.
