Ford confirms pricing for it’s all electric Mustang Mach-E

Ford Australia this week announced pricing and the opening of on-line
reservations for its all-electric Mustang Mach-E SUV. The 2024 model will be
priced from $79,990 plus-on-road costs when it arrives between October and
December this year. One of the most hotly contended new Fords for some time
the Mustang Mach-E will be offered in three model grades – the rear drive Select
and Premium and the all-wheel-drive GT with two electric motors offering 860Nm
of torque and active suspension priced at $108,990 and claimed to provide 470km
of range and a 0 to 100km/hour acceleration time of just 3.7 seconds – the fastest
accelerating car Ford Australia has ever sold. Buyers can pre-order the Mach-E
on the Ford Australia website, by choosing their variant, creating an account, and
paying a $1,000 reservation deposit to an authorised Ford electric vehicle dealer.
