Ray reports the NSW EPA are trying to charge residents near the illegal Arcadia dump for a report which may be delayed until mid-December, and NSW Minister for Environment Gabrielle Upton tells Ray the reason it hasn’t been released is because the site is subject to a criminal investigation, now site manager Paul Mouawad has been charged, but confirms mercury has not been found at the site
