Does a vegan diet make you healthier?

The number of vegans has grown every year. The reasons why people turn vegan vary from person to person, but some make the move on the basis that it is a healthier way of living.

But how founded are these claims that it is healthier?

Dr Keren Papier is a Nutritional Epidemiologist at the University of Oxford and she joins John Stanley and Paul B Kidd to share why the answer could be more complex than first thought.
