Craig Bellamy full of praise for Cameron Smith ahead of grandstand honour
Melbourne Storm coach Craig Bellamy says the AAMI Park Eastern stand being named after club legend Cameron Smith is a testament to the impact the former captain had on the club.
The former Australian, Queensland and Melbourne legend played 430 games for the Storm and is currently the NRL’s games record holder and the highest all-time point scorer.
Melbourne fans will have the chance to see the unveiling of the grandstand on Sunday against Canberra.
The Storm’s Player of the Year award will also be renamed after him.
