Consumers are reportedly growing frustrated with airlines taking advantage of them.

Consumer expert and associate professor at Griffith University Graeme Hughes has told Jason Matthews on 4BC Mornings says some of the practices in the terms of conditions are not in the best interest of consumers.

“We know that competition is ultimately what drives down prices … we just don’t have enough tough competition in the sector,” he said.
