Concerns that positive RATs won’t be reported
Dr Chris Moy, AMA Vice President (Australian Medical Association) who along with the Public Health Association, says the government must urgently increase supplies of Rapid Antigen Tests and ensure they are available to everyone for free, not just select groups.
Dr Moy also expresses concern that people will fall through the cracks and not seek medical help if they test positive with a rapid antigen test, not use PCR and then don’t report the result to doctors.
