Cab drivers have secured a landmark $271.8 million compensation package for those who have been impacted since the introduction of rideshare services.

Taxi Council Queensland CEO Blair Davies told Dean Miller on 4BC Breakfast, “it’s cents on the dollar for the losses that the industry has suffered.”

“This won’t be anything that a license owner can treat as fair compensation; it’s just some compensation,” Davies continued.
