Property Council of Australia Queensland Executive Director, Jess Caire, has joined Sofie to discuss the Lord Mayer’s idea of scrapping mandatory car parks for apartments.

Sofie also advocated for re-evaluating mandatory car parking to promote sustainable urban living and ease congestion in densely populated areas.
