Ros joined Jason Matthews on 4BC Summer Breakfast to detail her 36-week struggle to get the Brisbane City Council to honour an “in-home” recycling service for her parents in their 90s. 

Despite 18 phone calls and clear evidence of service failure, the Council continues to offer generic excuses while the yellow bins remain full.
