If, like me, you know you eat too much sweet food – listen up, because a Brisbane scientist has invented a new type of chocolate which she says removes the guilt from our favourite pleasure.
The creators of that project, USQ Bachelor of Science graduate Sarah Pozzebon and her supervisor, Dr Polly Burey, join me in studio.
