The Federal Treasurer late this week announced that the Government would abolish tight lending laws imposed on banks during the GFC that saw the banks considering some discretionary spending by you and I as a black mark on our credit rating.  But will the banks co-operate?  Stephen Harris heads up one of the country’s biggest group of mortgage brokers – Nectar and he joins us.
