Luke Grant spoke with employment law expert from the University of Sydney, Dr Giuseppe Carabetta about the issue addressed at National Cabinet of workplace COVID-19 vaccine mandates. 

The Prime Minister reiterated that vaccination isn’t mandatory to be vaccinated in Australia.

But employers will have the power to enforce vaccine mandates for their staff, only if it’s deemed reasonable to do so

Dr Carabetta says it isn’t exactly a clear cut issue.
