ADF to field test 3D metal printer
Have you ever used a 3D printer? The technology has come a long way, and now we can use a whole range of materials. It’s progressed to a point where our Defence Force is now printing using metal in the field.
It’s a partnership between Darwin-based tech company SPEE3D and the Australian Defence Force, using a 4,500kg machine to print genuine military repair parts.
