In a country where ‘innocent until proven guilty’ is the law, a new proposal in bicycle laws may be a game changer.

Bicycle Queensland is calling on the QLD Government to introduce ‘presumed liability laws’ where a driver would be considered the guilty party even if they weren’t at fault.
