Hollywood actor Amber Heard has named her new dog after the Deputy Prime Minister.

The name is a nod to her controversial trip to the Gold Coast in 2015, when Barnaby Joyce threatened to have her dogs Pistol and Boo euthanised because they hadn’t been declared.
