The squads for the Queensland Maroons and New South Wales Blues have been announced and Peter Psaltis and Paul (Fatty) Vautin reveal their thoughts. 

The Queensland team has remained the same, with the addition of AJ Brimson and Corey Horsburgh joining as replacements for the suspended Reece Walsh and injured Tom Flegler.

Whilst the New South Wales Blues have unveiled a relatively different team, with 11 players retaining their spot from the previous Origin match.

Channel 9 commentator, Paul Vautin, told Peter Psaltis on Wide World of Sports, “this is an Olympic class Queensland team again.”
