Paul Vautin says the Dolphins triumph over the Roosters in their first ever NRL game was one of the best sporting moments he’s seen in Brisbane.

Speaking on Wide World of Sports, he says it was unexpected and “magnificent” to watch the Dolphins be victorious.

“Yesterday at Suncorp [Stadium], Lang Park, I have been going to Lang Park since 1964 … that day yesterday is in my top 5 Lang Park days,” he said.

“It was amazing, incredible.

“It was such a pleasure and an honour to be there.”
