NRLW star’s plan to hang up the boots after grand final

The NRLW grand final between the Dragons and the Roosters will take place at Moreton Daily Stadium this Sunday.
Gladstone born and bred Kody House says it’s been an incredible journey, and she’s proud to be playing in a grand final.
“Off the back of last year’s campaign this year has been unreal, and a complete 180,” she told Peter Psaltis on Wide World of Sports.
She says Dragons NRLW coach Jamie Soward has helped build a good culture, trust and support among the players.
“He had all faith in us to make the grand final and to walk away with a premiership and here we are!”
House also spoke about injuries and how hard she’s worked to get where she is.
She also spoke about how she will be moving on after the grand final and ready to look forward to the next part of her life.
At 32, she says she’s ready for the newer players to have a turn.
