Ray Hadley is calling on an NRLW player to be stood down after an offensive post about Queen Elizabeth II.

Wide World of Sports revealed that Newcastle Knights and former Jillaroos star Caitlin Moran published an insensitive post about the Queen’s death on social media.

Ray Hadley has revealed what Moran wrote in the now-deleted Instagram post.

“I agonised over whether it should be revealed.”

Moran has been referred to the Integrity Unit.

“It’s perhaps the most reprehensible thing I’ve ever seen connected to rugby league,” Ray said.

“If she plays tomorrow it will be a disgrace of monumental proportions.”
