North Queensland Cowboys veteran Kyle Feldt has opened up about a tough few years for the club.

He told Peter Psaltis on Wide World of Sports, coach Todd Payten has been talking about what needs to change.

“That’s one of the things Todd has really touched on, where we are as a club and a team at the moment, and the past 4 years have been really tough on not only on us players, the club itself but the community up here as well,” he said.

“We are not overly proud of what we have tossed up in the past 4 years, that’s something Todd is trying to make us think about and push us forward to be better this year.”
