No passport required: Renowned chefs come together to bring world flavours to South Bank

International travel is still off the cards for Queenslanders, but a South Bank event plans to bring the world to Brisbane.
Global Fiesta by Regional Flavours is a COVID-safe spin-off of the annual event, which will serve diverse food and music from around the world.
Renowned Brisbane and international chefs will descend on Southbank Parklands to celebrate their heritage through cuisine.
Head Chef at Stanley, Louis Tikaram told Sofie Formica he’ll be serving up one of his favourite Cantonese dishes.
“The quality of the seafood, I think in Queensland, is honestly the best in the world.
“Letting the produce shine is our main goal.”
