Nicolle Flint slams Labor inaction on ‘disgusting’ bullying allegations

Gary Hardgrave

The treatment of the late Kimberley Kitching is being described as “devastating” by her political opponents.

Senator Kitching was farewelled at a ceremony in Melbourne yesterday after dying from a suspected heart attack earlier this month.

Since then, a number of her female colleagues have been accused of bullying Senator Kitching during her time in politics.

Outgoing Liberal MP Nicolle Flint told Neil Breen something must be done.

“I’m calling on Anthony Albanese to have a proper inquiry into what is going on in the Labor Party and how badly they treat women.

“The thing that sickens me the most, Neil, is it’s not just Liberal, Coalition women they’re attacking.

“They’re doing it to their own, Neil. It’s just disgusting!”
