ARIA award winning artist Tyrone Noonan is paying tribute to Marvin Gaye’s What’s Going On album with a tribute show this weekend.

The album, which was released 50 years ago, is still considered a masterpiece by the American singer.

“It’s one of the things on my bucket list, I’m getting to my bucket list early,” he told Sofie Formica.

“We’ve already had one performance at Brisbane Festival.”

Noonan will perform at the Redlands Performing Arts Complex at 8pm on Saturday night October 9, alongside a six-piece band.
