Memo sent to Queensland’s public servants amid integrity issues

4BC Drive has been sent a copy of the letter sent to Queensland’s public servants in light of the integrity issues levelled at the state government.
The letter was sent by Director-General Rachel Hunter and Public Service Commission CEO Robert Setter.
“Over recent days the Premier has expressed her commitment to the integrity system in the Queensland public service and her expectation of public service employees,” the letter reads.
“Queensland public servants can have confidence in the frameworks in place across the public service that support you to raise concerns about possible wrongdoing, and that you are protected in doing so.”
The letter urges employees to “understand conduct and ethics principles, accountability and integrity expected in the Queensland public service”.
